Answers to the most frequently asked questions.

  • You may pay by PayPal, Money Order or Personal Check. If mailing your payment, send to Sandra Courtney, 6131 Autlan Drive, Jacksonville, Florida 32210.


  • Plates are wrapped in clear wrap and are shipped by USPS Priority mail with tracking and insurance. You can expect your plate to arrive within 3 to 5 days in the 48 US contiguous States. The flat rate for USPS Priority shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $12.00.


  • International buyers, please contact us for cost of shipping to your Country. Customs declaration is required on all international shipments.


  • We understand the words "I need the plate asap!" We ship plates within 24 hours after payment Monday through Friday. You can expect your plate to arrive within 3-5 days, or sooner.


  • Need to have the plate shipped to another State? Can do. Make sure to let us know when you make your payment.


  • Need your plate gift wrapped with a greeting card with your message? Add $3.00 to the cost of shipping.


  • For our friends in Canada, we charge a flat rate of $15.00 for shipping. If less, we refund the difference through PayPal. We cannot offer free insurance on plates outside the U.S.

  • All plates are shipped by USPS Priority mail with tracking and insurance by our Company. Flat rate shipping for 48 US contiguous States is $10.00. Flat rate shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is $12.00.


  • If you purchase more than one plate, we combine shipping. There is a shipping charge of $5.00 for each additional plate up to three.
